Automatic Lami / Plastic Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

The machine is designed, compact and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with SS filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. No tube no fill process switch.

SS plain hopper for of 25 kgs. Capacity. There are volume track for setting fine volume adjustment and accuracy. (Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.) The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminium brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is also provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. (Interchangeable hot air blowing nozzles for different tubes provided optional).
